We can only accept firearm-only shipments, please do not ship scopes, accessories, parts or .etc to our store. We are not set up to process non-firearm customer packages. 

Ares State Armory Refund & Exchange Policy
1. Firearms – Once a firearm has left the store there are no refunds or exchanges.

2. Ammo – Once ammunition has left the store there are no refunds or exchanges.

3. Accessories- Optics, firearm parts, holsters, and other products we sell (excluding Firearms, Ammo, and NFA Products) there is a 7-day refund & exchange policy. The product must be in new condition, original packaging, and a receipt must accompany the product for a full refund or exchange.

4. NFA Products – NFA Products such as Silencers, SBR’s, & Machine Guns have a no refund or exchange policy. However, if you are disapproved by the ATF or wish to cancel your transaction anytime during the process, once the paperwork has been completed, there is a 25% restocking fee. Once transferred there is no refund or exchange.
